Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our Fall Fest on Saturday, November 15, 2025! We’re excited about the possibility of having you join us for this community event, which is expected to welcome 1,500+ guests.

Booth Options
Vendor Information

Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and supplies.

Setup begins at 12:00 p.m. and must be completed by 4:30 p.m. sharp.

Vendors may enter through the back gate into the parking lot for setup. All vehicles must be moved out of the lot by 4:00 p.m.

Free vendor parking is available at Jim Jeffers Park, located directly next door.
Next Steps
Your application is currently under review. Once vendor forms have been reviewed, you will receive an email with your approval status. Approved vendors will also be sent a secure payment link to reserve their booth location.
